Orders that exceed $300 and are being shipped to a location within the contiguous 48 states will not be charged freight. Orders must be shipped to one location using the carrier of our choice to qualify for free shipping. Orders totaling less than $300 will be charged freight. Most orders ship FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified by the customer and are usually delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on the customer’s location.  If an order is shipping via skid, customer is responsible for unloading the goods. Please have the necessary unloading equipment (dock, forklift if necessary) readily available at the shipment destination.  Our normal office business hours are Mon – Fri 8a – 5p EST. Most orders not requiring custom work will usually ship in 24 business hours.   **Cost Less Lighting can NOT ship orders to a PO Box**

Orders shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands are not eligible for the free freight with a purchase of $300.00.  Please contact us at 833-504-9980 (Hours 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard) for a freight quote.

All orders/ shipments are F.O.B origin; ownership of the order passes to the customer as soon as it leaves our facilities.
