Shipping and Handling Policies
Orders of $300+ being shipped to a single location within the contiguous 48 states will not be charged freight. We will choose the carrier and method of our choice (the least expensive option) if order qualifies for free shipping. Customers may opt for a different shipping method at their expense. Any tax charged is not calculated into the $300+ product minimum.
We pride ourselves in prompt shipping from our warehouses in Ohio. If an order is shipping via skid, the customer is responsible for unloading the goods. Please have the necessary unloading equipment readily available at the shipment destination. Most orders shipped in 24 business hours of order entry as long as building or customizing is not needed. Items that need to be built or customized will need 3-7 business days.

All orders/shipments are F.O.B. origin; ownership of the order/ shipment passes to the customer as soon as it leaves our facilities. Inspect all shipments for damage occurring while in transit.
