Universal Mounting plate can accommodate   3 / 4 / 6 inch downlights.  Equipped with J-box mounting slots and  a power cord slot, easy to install.  Ideal for can-less (j-box integrated) fixtures like integrated baffled or flat-panel downlight fixtures.
Comes with Bar hangers extendable from 14.25” to 25”.  Designed for joist or T-bar installation.  Mainly designed for New construction.
